Line Up To Be Announced by Sept. 30th, 2018
All Line-Ups Are Subject To Change.

WHO WE ARE
Madison Council is a diverse group of dedicated professionals in their twenties and thirties committed to advancing the mission of Madison Square Boys & Girls Club. These leaders volunteer their time, talents, and energy to positively impact the lives of over 5,000 NYC youth.

WHO WE SERVE
Madison Square Boys & Girls Club provides after-school and summer youth development programming to young people ages 6 to 18 in under-resourced neighborhoods of New York City. At our Clubhouses in Brooklyn and the Bronx, young people build trusting relationships with adults and peers, get academic guidance and emotional support, cultivate their interests, and build a second home that helps them grow and thrive.

OUR IMPACT
  • In 2017, 96% of our Project Graduate seniors graduated from high school, and 90% that applied to college were accepted to attend.
  • 95% of Explorers Academy members (ages 6 to 9), were promoted to the next grade level.
  • From the beginning to end of the school year, the 86% of our youngest learners met or exceeded school attendance averages.
  • 86% of our Junior's Academy Members (ages 10 to 12), were promoted to the next grade level.
  • 440 members participated in community service including volunteering at public events, and clothes and food drives for the homeless.
  • 15 members served as Youth of the Year ambassadors.
  • More than 1,200 members participated in our Triple Play activities, which promotes the importance of leading a healthy and productive lifestyle.
  • Madison connected more than 800 members and their families to health information and resources through annual health fairs. The fairs introduced members of the community to health services and professionals, offered free health screenings, and provided general information on various health services.
  • Youth Empowerment, an evidence-based program that empowers young people to resist drug, alcohol, and tobacco use, saw 85% of participants increased their knowledge of health, nutrition, and fitness.
  • Approximately 80,000 hot meals and 40,000 healthy snacks were served at the Clubhouses in 2015.
